3⁄4 cup fresh orange juice 2 tbsp raisins 1⁄2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp brandy or orange liqueur (op­tional) 1 tsp finely chopped fresh gin­ger 2 or­anges, peeled and seg­mented 2 red grapefruit, peeled and seg­mented 2 man­darins, peeled and seg­mented 2 ki­wifruit, peeled and thickly sliced 3 tbsp sun­flower ker­nels or muesli

Method

Com­bine orange juice, raisins, honey, brandy and gin­ger in a bowl. Add orange, grapefruit and mandarin seg­ments. Gen­tly fold in ki­wifruit. Sprin­kle with sun­flower ker­nels just be­fore serv­ing.
