Prepa­ra­tion: 10 min­utes Cook­ing: 30 min­utes Serves: 4

6 eggs

1⁄3 cup milk 1-2 cloves gar­lic, crushed 2 tbsp pars­ley, chopped Salt and pep­per to taste 1 cup grated moz­zarella cheese

1⁄2 cup parme­san cheese 4 mush­rooms, finely chopped

Method

Whisk to­gether eggs, milk, gar­lic, pars­ley, and salt and pep­per. Di­vide moz­zarella, parme­san and mushroom be­tween 4 greased ramekins (1 cup ca­pac­ity). Fill each to the top with egg mix­ture. Bake at 150C for 30 min­utes or un­til high and golden.
