1⁄3 cup milk 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tbsp parsley, chopped Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese 4 mushrooms, finely chopped
Whisk together eggs, milk, garlic, parsley, and salt and pepper. Divide mozzarella, parmesan and mushroom between 4 greased ramekins (1 cup capacity). Fill each to the top with egg mixture. Bake at 150C for 30 minutes or until high and golden.
