Racing fash­ions aim high

Hun­dreds of peo­ple from all over the City of Kar­ratha flocked to the Nor-West Jockey Club, dressed to the nines, for the 2016 Roe­bourne Cup.

The Fash­ions on the Field com­pe­ti­tions drew a big crowd for both the men’s and women’s divi­sion.

Han­nah Ad­shead won first prize for the ladies in a dress from Chi Chi Lon­don and fas­ci­na­tor from It’s Only Fit­ting.

Melissa Brown came sec­ond and Jaye Au­das got third place.

The men were look­ing dap­per but it was Roly Par­sons who se­cured first place.

Mitch Barns-Butler and Jack Kay also made the top three.
