The ACCC found ser­vos across the coun­try were short-chang­ing mo­torists. The ser­vos, how­ever, claim Govern­ment red tape was the prob­lem. So if it's the petrol sta­tion own­ers who are be­ing ripped off what rea­son­ing do they have for hik­ing prices at pub­lic hol­i­days and school hol­i­days?
