Ap­ple and blue­berry crum­ble

Prepa­ra­tion: 15 min­utes Cook­ing time: 30 min­utes Serves: 6 In­gre­di­ents 6 Granny Smith ap­ples, peeled, chopped 2 tbsp su­gar 2 cups wa­ter 200g blue­ber­ries 1 cup plain flour 125g but­ter, melted 1⁄2 cup milk 1⁄3 cup brown su­gar 1 cup rolled oats 1 cup co­conut Method Pre­heat oven to 180C. Boil ap­ples with su­gar and wa­ter for 10 min­utes. Drain. Spread evenly over a lightly greased rec­tan­gu­lar bak­ing dish. Spread blue­ber­ries over the top. In a mix­ing bowl, com­bine flour, melted but­ter and milk. Mix well. Add brown su­gar, oats and co­conut. Mix­ture will be quite dry. Spread this mix­ture over ap­ple and blue­ber­ries. Bake for 20 min­utes or un­til golden. Serve hot.
