Apple and blueberry crumble
Preparation: 15 minutes Cooking time: 30 minutes Serves: 6 Ingredients 6 Granny Smith apples, peeled, chopped 2 tbsp sugar 2 cups water 200g blueberries 1 cup plain flour 125g butter, melted 1⁄2 cup milk 1⁄3 cup brown sugar 1 cup rolled oats 1 cup coconut Method Preheat oven to 180C. Boil apples with sugar and water for 10 minutes. Drain. Spread evenly over a lightly greased rectangular baking dish. Spread blueberries over the top. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, melted butter and milk. Mix well. Add brown sugar, oats and coconut. Mixture will be quite dry. Spread this mixture over apple and blueberries. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Serve hot.
