Opinions continue to be divided over whether Brendon Grylls’ proposed $5 a tonne slug on BHP and Rio Tinto is a good idea.

Would cost a lot of jobs I reckon.

Kayde Stewart I agree that Brendon Grylls is showing serious signs of real leadership and that this is extremely unusual in Australian politics which is dominated by major parties who continuously whip their spineless politicians into line. Brent John McKenna

The weather has been absolutely perfect in recent weeks but really every day in the Pilbara is beach day. We posted a picture of Point Samson beach and people agreed. Amen! Can't wait to go back to this spot. @makingthebacon I wish @ellybla Makes me wanna come home. Jody Green

Only 100 years away before they look at this idea, then it's obsolete like NBN. Corey Randell Do they not know they have to bulldoze big tracts of land to build it. Lol. EPA. Only good thing is getting those mofo trucks off the highway.
