Refreshing chilled citrus berry cups
Preparation: 10 minutes + 30 minutes marinating
2 oranges, peeled and diced 1 punnet strawberries, hulled ¼ cup blueberries ½ cup fresh orange juice ½ tsp cinnamon ½ tbsp brown sugar
Combine orange juice and cinnamon and sugar in a serving bowl. Fold through chopped orange segments. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Before serving, gently fold in blueberries and strawberries. Serve over cereal for breakfast or as a refreshing dessert in scooped out orange halves with yoghurt.
