Prepa­ra­tion: 10 min­utes, plus chill­ing of fruit

Serves: 2

In­gre­di­ents:

3 pears, chilled

2 cups mixed berries, chilled

3cm piece fresh ginger, peeled

Method:

Cut the pears into quar­ters and core. Push through a juicer along with the berries and ginger. Pour over crushed or cubed ice if de­sired, and serve im­me­di­ately.
