As­para­gus salad

In­gre­di­ents:

2 bunches of as­para­gus, cut to 6cm

1kg pump­kin, peeled and sliced

250g chicken stir-fry strips Oil

1 pun­net cherry toma­toes

1⁄2 cup Ital­ian dress­ing

1⁄4 cup parme­san cheese flakes

Method:

Boil pump­kin un­til al­most ten­der. Dry and grill with oil. Grill chicken un­til cooked, grill as­para­gus for one minute. Com­bine as­para­gus, pump­kin, chicken, toma­toes, dress­ing and parme­san flakes.
