Applications for grants worth up to $20,000 for community-led suicide prevention programs are open.
The State Government last week announced $200,000 would be made available for a new round of suicide prevention grants for community-based programs that promote peer support and better wellbeing.
Indigenous-led programs that encourage cultural healing are one of the focuses of the new round of grants, as well as support for people who are part of the LGBTI community.
Applications for the grants are open until November 14 at 5pm. For more information or to apply, visit mhc.wa.gov.au.
