Rind of 1 lemon 500ml or­ange juice freshly squeezed 1 pun­net straw­ber­ries, hulled and halved 600g as­sorted berries, fresh or frozen 2 cups lemon­ade or soda water 3 cups ginger ale 1 cup cold black tea Ice cubes Mint leaves


Com­bine al­to­gether in a blen­der and serve over ice with mint leaves.
