Spicy av­o­cado and mango salsa

3 Hass av­o­ca­dos 1 mango 2 limes, juiced and zested

1⁄4 cup spring onion, finely chopped 1⁄2 cup grape toma­toes, halved 1⁄2 cup co­rian­der, leaves picked 1 long red chilli, seeded and finely diced


Peel, seed and finely dice av­o­cado and mango. Com­bine in bowl with juice and zest of limes, spring onion, grape toma­toes, co­rian­der and chilli. Sea­son to taste with salt and pep­per and serve along­side a se­lec­tion of fresh seafood.
