Prepa­ra­tion 10 min­utes Cook­ing 10 min­utes Serves 4 In­gre­di­ents

1⁄2 cup each chopped fresh mint, co­rian­der and basil 1 red onion, sliced 2 Le­banese cucumbers, seeds re­moved and thickly sliced 1 red cap­sicum, diced 500g rump steak 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce (or to taste) Chopped fresh chilli to taste


1 tbsp peanut oil 1 tbsp fish sauce Grated rind and juice of 1 lime


For dress­ing, com­bine all in­gre­di­ents in a jar. Shake well. Ar­range salad in­gre­di­ents in a large bowl. Grill or bar­be­cue steak to taste. Slice di­ag­o­nally into thin slices. Add meat and dress­ing to salad. Toss gen­tly. Serve im­me­di­ately.
