Each year the FutureClubs Club Development team holds a Junior Community Sports Expo for children aged 6-15 years.

Run by the City of Karratha, and supported by the Department of Sport and Recreation, Rio Tinto and Lotterywest, this expo gives kids a chance to try out different sports on offer in the City of Karratha. Parents are welcome to join in.

At the expo, groups of about 20 to 40 similar-aged participants will take part in a number of drills and games delivered by coaches, parents and players from various local sporting groups.

It’s great fun and gives insight into what’s on offer in the upcoming sports season.

The expo is free to attend and held in Karratha on Friday, March 17, from 3.30pm to 7.30pm and Wickham on Saturday, March 18, from 8am to 11.30am. Registration is essential. Visit www.karratha.wa.gov.au.
