Crispy Asian salad
Preparation: 15 minutes Cooking: 5 minutes Serves: 4 Ingredients 4 rashers bacon 1⁄2 Chinese cabbage, shredded finely 1⁄2 packet sunflower seeds 1⁄2 packet almonds, blanched and toasted 5 spring onions, chopped 4 celery sticks, chopped 1⁄2 packet crispy fried noodles
1⁄2 cup olive oil 1⁄4 cup white vinegar 1⁄4 cup brown sugar 1 tsp soy sauce
Grill bacon. Cut into small strips. Place all salad ingredients except noodles in a serving bowl. Toss to combine. To make dressing, place ingredients into a jar with lid. Shake well. Pour dressing over salad and sprinkle with noodles just before serving.
