Prepa­ra­tion: 2 hours Serves: Makes 2 litres In­gre­di­ents 1 litre icy-cold pineap­ple juice (100 per cent) 1 pun­net straw­ber­ries, diced 1 cup seed­less grapes 1.25 litres min­eral wa­ter Method Take two ice-block trays. Fill with grapes and straw­ber­ries. Fill with pineap­ple juice. Freeze un­til solid, about 2 hours. Can be made two days ahead. Place ice­blocks into a jug. Add re­main­ing pineap­ple juice and top up with min­eral wa­ter. Ad­just sweet­ness lev­els with ex­tra min­eral wa­ter. Serve im­me­di­ately.
