REFRESHING TREATS TO ENTERTAIN
Preparation: 2 hours Serves: Makes 2 litres Ingredients 1 litre icy-cold pineapple juice (100 per cent) 1 punnet strawberries, diced 1 cup seedless grapes 1.25 litres mineral water Method Take two ice-block trays. Fill with grapes and strawberries. Fill with pineapple juice. Freeze until solid, about 2 hours. Can be made two days ahead. Place iceblocks into a jug. Add remaining pineapple juice and top up with mineral water. Adjust sweetness levels with extra mineral water. Serve immediately.
