Greek cucumber tzatziki dip
Preparation: 10 minutes Cooking: nil Serves: 4 Ingredients 4 Lebanese cucumbers, grated or finely diced 1 cup natural yoghurt 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp freshly chopped mint
Combine cucumber with yoghurt, garlic, lemon juice, oil and mint. Mix well. Chill before serving. Serve with fresh vegetable crudites or toasted pita bread.
