Greek cu­cum­ber tzatziki dip

Prepa­ra­tion: 10 min­utes Cook­ing: nil Serves: 4 In­gre­di­ents 4 Le­banese cu­cum­bers, grated or finely diced 1 cup nat­u­ral yo­ghurt 1 clove gar­lic, crushed 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp freshly chopped mint


Com­bine cu­cum­ber with yo­ghurt, gar­lic, lemon juice, oil and mint. Mix well. Chill be­fore serv­ing. Serve with fresh veg­etable cru­dites or toasted pita bread.
