Preparation: 15 mins Cooking: 40 mins Serves 4 Ingredients 6 spring onions, finely sliced 4 slices ham 2 medium tomatoes 2 eggs, lightly beaten 2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tsp vegetable oil
1⁄2 medium cabbage, finely shredded 1⁄2 cup plain flour 1⁄2 cup grated cheddar cheese Method Brush a pan with oil. Cook cabbage and garlic until just tender. Allow to cool then stir in eggs and flour. Press evenly over the base of a greased 30cm pizza tin. Bake at 210C for 10 minutes. Place tomatoes, spring onions, ham and cheese over and bake at 180C for about 30 minutes.
