Cab­bage pizza

Prepa­ra­tion: 15 mins Cook­ing: 40 mins Serves 4 In­gre­di­ents 6 spring onions, finely sliced 4 slices ham 2 medium toma­toes 2 eggs, lightly beaten 2 cloves gar­lic, crushed 2 tsp veg­etable oil

1⁄2 medium cab­bage, finely shred­ded 1⁄2 cup plain flour 1⁄2 cup grated ched­dar cheese Method Brush a pan with oil. Cook cab­bage and gar­lic un­til just ten­der. Al­low to cool then stir in eggs and flour. Press evenly over the base of a greased 30cm pizza tin. Bake at 210C for 10 min­utes. Place toma­toes, spring onions, ham and cheese over and bake at 180C for about 30 min­utes.
