Ki­wifruit and rock­melon dessert skew­ers with honey

Prepa­ra­tion: 5 min­utes Cook­ing: 30 min­utes to soak Serves: 4 Ingredients 2 tsp honey 1 tbsp sweet white wine 2 tsp grated ginger 6 ki­wifruit, peeled and sliced 1 rock­melon, peeled and diced Yoghurt or ri­cotta, to serve Flaked al­monds, toasted

Method

Com­bine honey, wine and ginger in a small bowl. Place ki­wifruit and rock­melon in a bowl. Drizzle honey mix­ture over fruit. Cover and re­frig­er­ate for 30 min­utes. Thread fruit on skew­ers. Serve chilled with yoghurt or ri­cotta blended with or­ange juice and honey. Top with al­monds just be­fore serv­ing.
