Kar­ratha Young Pro­fes­sion­als Quiz Night, Fri­day, May 19, 6.30pm, Onyx Func­tion Room.

Kar­ratha Young Pro­fes­sion­als will host a quiz night this Fri­day.

Guests will test their gen­eral knowl­edge while net­work­ing, meet­ing new peo­ple and en­joy­ing food and drinks.

The tables of six will be cho­sen at ran­dom to en­cour­age guests to net­work and min­gle with other lo­cal young pro­fes­sion­als.

Tick­ets are avail­able via for $30 and in­clude ca­ter­ing through­out the night and a drink on ar­rival.

KYP will also host a start-ups, mi­cro and small busi­ness break­fast at Blanche Bar next Thurs­day at 7.30am.

Only 20 tick­ets have been re­leased and more than half have sold. City of Kar­ratha coun­cil­lor and ex­pe­ri­enced busi­ness­man Grant Cu­cel will speak at the break­fast and join in an open-ta­ble dis­cus­sion with guests.

In early April, the Onyx func­tion room was packed with keen young pro­fes­sion­als for a KYP Q and A panel dis­cus­sion.

Pan­el­lists in­cluded Real­mark Kar­ratha di­rec­tor Alexander Wa­ters, Blanche Bar owner Bart Par­sons, Red Rock Health and Fit­ness nu­tri­tion­ist April Butt and Cygnet Clinic Pil­bara clin­i­cal psy­chol­o­gist Gabby Good­ier.
