Al­most 20 peo­ple at­tended the City of Kar­ratha’s Mother’s Day morn­ing tea for se­niors at Tata’s Point Sam­son last Wed­nes­day.

The event cel­e­brated mums with a morn­ing tea and a pam­per ses­sion.

Guests en­joyed food pro­vided by Tata’s and get­ting pam­pered by the women from Bo­hemian Beauty.

Mem­bers of the Kar­ratha Au­tumn Club at­tended, in­clud­ing the club’s new pres­i­dent Yvonne Part­ing­ton.

The club has wel­comed sev­eral new mem­bers, in­clud­ing Dot Ab­bott as its trea­surer and Bar­bara Prestidge as sec­re­tary.

Ms Part­ing­ton said the club was al­ways keen to have new mem­bers and all se­niors in Kar­ratha were wel­come to join.
