RSPCA may be hiring
The chief executive of the RSPCA WA is in the Pilbara this week on a trip to canvas the possibility of establishing a permanent inspector position in the region.
RSPCA chief executive David van Ooran is travelling to Karratha, Port Hedland and other Pilbara towns throughout this week to meet with stakeholders and find out the level of need for a permanent staff member in the region.
Among those he is meeting with will be staff from rescue service SAFE, vet clinics and local government.
The RSPCA does not have an inspector based north of Geraldton.
