The awards have been held annually since 2002 and are designed to acknowledge and reward the often behind-the-scenes contributions made by people, communities and businesses in regional parts of WA.

Organisers are calling for nominations across 11 awards categories including community service, leadership and innovation, business achievement, and development of northern regional WA.

Each category winner will receive a $2000 prize and a trophy.
