Onslow’s beaches got a spruceup recently after a group of Chevron’s Onslow residents, families and contractors spent time cleaning up the foreshore.

Wheatstone Operations environment team leader Hannah Brown said the event was a fun day for families and residents.

“It was a great way for our employees and their families to get together and make a difference in the local community,” she said.

“It’s fantastic to see so many of our new Onslow residents showing their community spirit and volunteering their time for local groups and activities.”

The volunteers enjoyed a morning tea in the Onslow Community Garden after the clean-up operation.
