Welcome to the world
Babies born at Peel Health Campus this week.
TRANSFORM the darkness into a sea of glowing lanterns at Adventurescape in South Yunderup on Friday and help beat blood cancer.
The Leukaemia Foundation’s 11th annual Light the Night will help raise vital funds for blood cancer research.
The lanterns are coloured white for survivors, blue for supporters and gold if walking in the memory of a loved one.
Food will be available at the event.
Every day, another 35 Australians are diagnosed with blood cancer – equivalent to one every 41 minutes. Blood cancer claims more lives than breast cancer and melanoma and 60,000 people across Australia are living with blood cancer.
