Four hurt in Craiglie prang

FOUR peo­ple were in­jured in a three-car crash at Craiglie on the week­end.

Traf­fic was di­verted from the Cap­tain Cook High­way while po­lice and emer­gency crews at­tended to the ac­ci­dent on Sun­day around 11.30am.

A 30-year-old Townsville man was cut from the wreck­age of his ve­hi­cle.

He was then taken to hos­pi­tal suf­fer­ing lac­er­a­tions to his knee.

A male driver and two fe­male pas­sen­gers were also taken to hos­pi­tal with mi­nor in­juries.

Po­lice in­ves­ti­ga­tions con­tin­u­ing.
