Repairman aiming for A-plus rating

Port Douglas & Mossman Gazette - - NEWS -

AN APPLIANCE repairman who opened his own business at the start of this week hopes to receive an A-plus rating from his customers.

Josh Siebel, a Mossman-based electrical and refrigeration mechanic, has been working in the region for nearly 15 years.

He served his apprenticeship locally and has an intimate knowledge of the inner workings of whitegoods.

Mr Siebel on Monday branched out on his own to work for himself, naming his new enterprise A-Plus Services.

“I hope I can provide a good service at a reasonable price to customers,” he said.

“I expect that throughout summer, the wet season, it will be the busiest because of the air cons.”

Although he is currently working solo, Mr Siebel plans to take on employees as his business expands in the future.
