Get your sexy back with new fitness program
A LOCAL personal trainer wants to help you “get your sexy back” as part of a new fitness regime to be launched next month.
Actin Fitness owner Nick Carling is one of more than 30 stallholders who will have a display at the upcoming Health and Wellbeing Expo.
Mr Carling said he planned to entice visitors with a newly-launched “get your sexy back” program.
The pursuit to improve health and fitness will include access to unlimited fitness classes and weekly challenges such as conquering the Bump Track.
“I’ve found a lot of people tend to work a bit harder in a group situation,” Mr Carling said.
“Little challenges to work towards each week keep people nice and motivated.”
The course costs $16 a week over 12 weeks. More information will be available on this and other programs at the Actin Fitness stall at the Health and Wellbeing Expo.
