The Moss­man Golf Club played host to the Ju­nior Crocs Char­ity Day on Sun­day with 64 play­ers tak­ing on the four ball am­brose event. The win­ners for the day were Ian Prewett, Tracey Ben­ham, Simon Nel­son and Trish Ca­vanagh with a nett 54. Daz, Wayne, Andy and Jake took home sec­ond place with nett 55 with near­est the pins were Geoff Par­menter on 6, Ali­son Di­a­mond on 8, Mannsy on 10, Com­modore on 13 and Jock on 17. Kane Fridge won the long­est drive for the men and Kerby won the ladies. Ear­lier in the week the Thurs­day ladies played their monthly medal for Novem­ber which was won by Trevene Page with a nett 70 af­ter a count back to Vir­ginia Goodall. Near­est the pins were Julie Hooker on 6, Jan Steele on 8, Trevene Page on 10, Lucy Giles on 13 and Judy Mc Cor­mack on 17. Satur­day’s Monthly Medal for Novem­ber was also con­tested this week and turned out to be a tight com­pe­ti­tion with Peter Glas­son snuck home for the win with nett 68 ahead of Brett Jurie on nett 69. Shane Heath won A grade gross with 77, John Deu­ble won B grade with 82 and Phil Dun­ni­cliffe won C grade with 91. John Nor­ris took out the A grade nett with 71, Bernie Boon won B grade with 70 and An­thony Croser won C grade with 69. Near­est the pins were Bill Al­li­son on 6, John Deu­ble on 8, Tri­tan Blake on 10, Steve Gray on 13 and Brett Jurie on 17. In the ladies medal it was ju­nior Kiara Lo­mas out front with a nett 69 win­ning ahead of Bev Cowe on a nett 71. Yvonne John­stone won near­est the pin on 6, Kiara on 8 and Trish Landy on 10.
