TIME is run­ning out to stake your claim to be­come a Mae­stro Chef.

En­tries for the Gazette/har­risons restau­rant Mae­stro Chef competition close to­mor­row which still leaves plenty of time to cook up a recipe to im­press har­risons owner and head chef Spencer Pa­trick.

Five kitchen whizzes will join Spencer and his team in the Har­risons kitchen as they transform their sim­ple recipes into de­light­ful dishes to ri­val the best restau­rants in the land.

On the menu for the Mae­stro Chef din­ner will be a soup, a fish dish, a meat dish, a salad dish and a dessert.

All you have to do to be in the run­ning for the once-in-a-life­time op­por­tu­nity is sim­ply fill in the coupon on page 13 and send us your recipe which fits the menu cri­te­ria.

You can send in a recipe for as many dishes as you like with your coupon.

The five win­ning Mae­stro Chefs will spend an af­ter­noon with Spencer per­fect­ing their cho­sen recipes be­fore join­ing him in the kitchen in their own em­broi­dered chef’s out­fit to pre­pare the dish for the de­gus­ta­tion ban­quet on the night of March 1.

The Mae­stro Chefs and a friend will also be the guests of hon­our at the gala ban­quet.

For those who are not so handy in the kitchen but still want to savour the de­li­cious food and at­mos­phere at the ban­quet, the Gazette and Har­risons also have five dou­ble passes to give away, val­ued at $160.

All you have to do to be in with a chance to win the dou­ble pass is sim­ply fill in a coupon and drop it into the Gazette or har­risons.
