Head chef Tony Sassi is Italian to the bone and is renowned for creating “taste memories” with lingering exquisitely balanced flavours in all his dishes. Working alongside wife Di, Tony has created an indoor and outdoor dining area free of traffic fumes, fanned by a cool breeze and airconditioned inside to suit every customer. “There’s a space in Sassi Cantina to suit any mood - from a quick cocktail, glass of wine, pizza and beer,” Di said. Sassi Cantina is a casual cantina-style restaurant with polished floors, white washed interior, a roaring pizza oven and a menu with a long list of spuntini dishes and meat choices.
“Many customers come back to us for to experience the Sassi taste,” she said. A spacious bar and scarily tempting list of cocktails are also available.
