Chlorine ‘a quick fix’

Port Douglas & Mossman Gazette - - FEEDBACK -

IT IS interesting to note that in Germany it is illegal to put chlorine, other disinfectants or any chemical in drinking water.

They won’t allow chlorine because they see it as lazy practice, not only covering up sources of contamination, but also making them impossible to track down and fix, they believe people are well enough informed to manage their own diets and medication (eg fluoride) should not be forced on them and the jury is still out on the health impacts of these chemicals in higher than natural concentrations.
