Bale Stage 3 sale
THE final stage of the Niramaya resort is for sale by negotiation after the development stalled when project manager Brian Ray died in 2005.
The 2.58ha subdivision has been approved for the construction of 23 villas.
Stages 1 and 2 were completed by Brian Ray when the resort was still called Bale and Stage 3 was started before he died in a plane crash in the Victorian Snowfields in 2005.
The land has already had all services installed, including satellite TV and communications, water, sewer and town gas and telephone to each of the lots including the roads and an excavated lake in the centre of the site.
Tony McGrath has been appointed to sell the property said it is ready to build on.
“It is a strata subdivision and was in the process of being developed before Brian Ray died,” McGrath said.
“A lot of hard work is done, there is a still a bit more to go but the most difficult part, which is infrastructure and approval, is all done.”
Whether or not the land will be used as part of Niramaya will be up for negotiation.
Interested buyers are urged to contact Tony McGrath Real Estate for more details.
