A patient dad is a good dad

Port Douglas & Mossman Gazette - - NEWS -

It is awesome being a Dad, it is the best even though it can be challenging at times.

The highlight for me would have to be just watching the kids continue to grow and get older, and watching them participating in whatever they are doing.

It can be challenging when they misbehave.

Nikollai is a handful, the girls are mellow but Nikollai is full-on – into everything, up trees – you have to keep an eye on him.

He is in kindy and family day care at the moment and the girls are in different grades at school and also doing dancing, gymnastics.

There is always somewhere you need to run them around to.

It is great just spending time together. We run the video shop as well, so whenever we all get together we make the most of it by going to the beach, park or camping.

For Father’s Day this year we are going to Coconut Village and just spending the day with my family.
