PEP­PERS Beach Club is host­ing a Mas­ter Chef-in­spired cock­tail party to tan­ta­lise the taste­buds.

Ex­ec­u­tive chef Dennis Ris will pre­pare a se­lec­tion of minia­ture dishes made fa­mous by the top-rat­ing tele­vi­sion show for the pub­lic to sam­ple.

“I have cho­sen six of the dishes that were on the show and I shall recre­ate them in cock­tail size,” he said.

Food fa­nat­ics will also be treated to a demon­stra­tion of how the canapés are pre­pared and can take on Mas­ter Chef-in­spired chal­lenges such as guess­ing the ingredients, dish tast­ing while blind­folded and Mas­ter Chef trivia with prizes.

The cock­tail party will be held on Fri­day, Oc­to­ber 21, from 6.30pm. Tick­ets are $25 per per­son in­clud­ing canapés and one cock­tail or bev­er­age. To book call 4087 1000.
