“My style of food, if you were to clas­sify it, would be ’sim­ple’. I be­lieve in great qual­ity,” he said.

“We will have lots of seafood on the menu in­spired by our sea­side lo­ca­tion and will serve good qual­ity food at good prices - that is our ethos.”

Tonya said they will be of­fer­ing “Dave Parry food” at surf club prices.

“We will of­fer ’Dave Parry food’ at surf club prices,” Tonya said.

“There is some­thing on our menu to suit ev­ery time of day, we will be mak­ing our own gourmet cakes, serv­ing cof­fees and peo­ple will be able to stroll off the beach at any time of the day and en­joy hot food,” she said.
