New clinic to focus on rejuvenation

Port Douglas & Mossman Gazette - - NEWS -

A NEW business in Port Douglas aims to be the perfect remedy for those who are burning the candle at both ends.

Skin Scene owner Ellie Spence is just itching to make people feel on top of the world.

With her advanced diploma of cosmetic dermal science and vocational graduate of cosmetic nursing, Ms Spence offers everything from anti-wrinkle injections to medical grade peels, cosmeceutical grade skin care, IPL hair reduction, IPL photo rejuvenation, injectable muscle relaxants and dermal fillers and skin needling.

The new clinic on the corner of Warner and Owen streets opened this week and men are encouraged to pamper themselves as well.

“Men might think this is not for them but for many who work hard and work outside they can be knocked around and their skin takes a battering and it needs tender loving care as well,” Ms Spence.

“We have to service our car regularly if we want to look after it and we think nothing of doing that - we are no different and my treatments will certainly rejuvenate you and give you a sense of wellbeing.”

Skin Scene is open Wednesday to Saturday from 7am until 4.30pm and open late Wednesday and Thursday nights by appointment.
