Bucci takes on the Valley
THE zesty meals that make up Bucci Ristorante in Port Douglas have proved a major hit with food lovers in Brisbane’s trendy Fortitude Valley.
Opened at end of March, Bucci Brisbane has become one of the hottest restaurants in Fortitude Valley with its urban Italian cuisine in a funky venue.
The inspiration behind Bucci Brisbane is Spencer Patrick, partner and executive chef behind the Bucci Group and Harrisons Restaurants in Port Douglas.
“The restaurant has been well received in Brisbane,” he said.
“We have opened a separate bar and we have DJ’s playing on the weekends, which creates a fun vibe and a nice atmosphere for people to enjoy a bottle of wine and some great food to unwind from a long week of work.”
