Bucci takes on the Val­ley

THE zesty meals that make up Bucci Ris­torante in Port Dou­glas have proved a ma­jor hit with food lovers in Bris­bane’s trendy For­ti­tude Val­ley.

Opened at end of March, Bucci Bris­bane has be­come one of the hottest restaurants in For­ti­tude Val­ley with its ur­ban Ital­ian cuisine in a funky venue.

The in­spi­ra­tion be­hind Bucci Bris­bane is Spencer Pa­trick, part­ner and ex­ec­u­tive chef be­hind the Bucci Group and Har­risons Restaurants in Port Dou­glas.

“The restau­rant has been well re­ceived in Bris­bane,” he said.

“We have opened a sep­a­rate bar and we have DJ’s playing on the week­ends, which cre­ates a fun vibe and a nice at­mos­phere for peo­ple to en­joy a bot­tle of wine and some great food to un­wind from a long week of work.”
