Serious training to get prepared for anything
TEDDY Pitt is not quite sure what to expect from the Mossman Show’s Anything Goes competition but he is practicing his cartwheels just in case.
Anything Goes will be the headline event of the Mossman Show on Monday, July 23, and while details of the competition will remain a secret until just a few moments before the starting gun, the time to prepare is now.
All you need to do to compete in the competition and be in the running to win a slice of $5000 in prizemoney for the non-profit organisation of your choice is form a team of six people aged 16 or above including at least two men and women.
There will also be prizes awarded for the best-dressed team.
Organiser Dave Egan said it was a fun way to help raise money for a cause close to your heart.
“You can make up a team made up of work colleagues, members of your sporting club or charity organisation or just get a few mates together who want to have fun for a good cause,” he said.
“It’s a great way to raise money and the emphasis is on having a good time.”
To register your team for Anything Goes, call the Mossman Show Society on 4098 1477.
