Party poopers

Port Douglas & Mossman Gazette - - FEEDBACK -

I CANNOT count the number of Friday or Saturday nights when my husband and I have hopped into bed and have been inconvenienced by the “doof-doof” of music coming from a party being thrown nearby.

We would never think of making a complaint, after all it doesn’t happen every weekend, it is only one night, these people are having fun and they obviously have something important to celebrate.

We just shut our window and go to sleep, next morning - all over.

I would just like to thank the miserable person whose complaint to police had our party closed down in Oriole St on Friday night, you have stolen a moment of celebration that can never be replaced - my husband won’t be turning 50 again.
