A fired-up Sharks’ returned to the field in the second half and Kye ran the length of the field to score again. Ivanhoe’s bound together and scored to make it 16 to 8.

In the final two minutes of the game, Tyson Osborne received a great offload from Ryan Hawking and scored to bring the game to 16 to 12, and with one minute to go, Tyson got the ball from the kick-off and ran the entire field to score again, resulting in a 16-all draw.

The Sharks showed fierce determination in what was a very physical game, with all players receiving a coaches’ award for not giving up and Kye and Tyson sharing the Man-of-the-Match for their great defence and attack. work for the win.

There was only 2 points in it at halftime and it looked like the boys might let this game slip through their fingers but the Sharks managed to pick up their game and power away to win the game 50 to 34. Man-of-the-match and the players’ player honour went to Jake “Gallen” Newham.
