Pep­pers’ gas­tro­nomic de­light

A gas­tr­nomic de­light be­gins to­mor­row night at Pep­per’s Beach Club.

The Beach Club’s ‘‘Lin­ger­ing over Sum­mer in the Trop­ics’’ will fea­ture the best of lo­cal pro­duce, com­ple­mented by some of the finest wines in Aus­trala­sia.

To­mor­row night kicks off a week­end that will tan­ta­lise the taste buds of foodlovers, with bare­foot coack­tails and cham­pagne on the beach, com­bined with a tast­ing of ex­otic and rare fruits.

Satur­day morn­ing be­gins with the op­tion of a re­lax­ing yoga ses­sion and late break­fast, be­fore a visit to the Shan­non­vale Fruit Win­ery.

The Club’s main event for the week­end comes later in the day, com­menc­ing with pool­side cock­tails lead­ing to a sumptu- ous four course de­gus­ta­tion din­ner.
