Port Douglas & Mossman Gazette - - REAL ESTATE -

RAY White Port Douglas and Mossman has purchased the Coldwell Banker Port Douglas rent roll.

The award- winning property management team at Ray White will be taking on an additional 60 houses, villas and units, strengthening the rent roll to over 600 properties, including holiday letting. Principal of Ray White’s three offices in the region, Alan Crossman, believes it is a reflection of the rapid growth of the group in the past month.

‘‘We are expecting an increase in rental enquiry and the Coldwell Banker portfolio contained a good range of rental property to comp- lement our existing rental portfolio,’’ Mr Crossman said.

Richard Koser has also joined the Mossman office servicing the Julatten to Daintree area, while Steve Barrett, with 40 years experience, has joined the Four Mile office.

Emily Perry-Virgin has returned from maternity leave to assist in property management in Port Douglas.
