Zinc’s degustation a delight
ALWAYS one of the highlights of Carnivale is the four-course degustation lunch at Zinc Port Douglas.
Each course is accompanied by wines from Australia’s premium wine producer, Domaine Chandon, and French champagne on arrival by Veuve Clicquot.
Start with a first course featuring peppered pork fillet, the second with prawns the star of the dish, followed by sage and fetta cheese crusted duck leg, and finish off with decadent chocolate tart with mocca anglaise, chocolate tipped strawberries, candied almonds and chocolate gelato.
