Bulls Masters head to Cairns
QUEENSLAND Bulls Masters Jimmy Maher, Graham Hick and Chris Simpson will visit Suncorp Bank’s Cairns Central branch tomorrow between 9am and 10am to meet local members of the community and autograph merchandise.
The players will present a signed cricket bat to North Queensland’s Cancer Council, which will be used for fundraising.
The aim of the Queensland Rail Bulls Masters is to utilise past Queensland cricketers to help foster and develop cricket throughout Queensland and more importantly provide community support and assistance to local charities.
The masters will be in the Far North for a charity golf day, a sportsman dinner and of course the big twenty-20 match.
The Bulls Masters will take on a Far North Invitational XI at Griffiths Park on Saturday at 2pm.
The Kid’s clinic will run from 12.30 - 1.30pm. Tickets available on the gate only - Adults $10 and Under 16s are free.
