10.15am - 10.45am Exec chef/co-owner of Har­risons and Bucci Port Dou­glas and Bris­bane venues, Bucci and Pronto ucci. Spencer will re­cre­ate a Har­risons favourite, Black­ened Miso Coral Trout.

11am - 11.15am Lo­cal charis­matic butcher and owner of Malones Butch­ery, Todd will show how to butcher the hind quar­ter of a beast, while Ben O’Donoghue talks you through it.

11.30am - 12pm Exec chef/co-owner of Nu-Nu Restau­rant, The Ris­ing Sun & Numi Ice Cream & Pantry, all in Palm Cove. Nick will be cook­ing a Mus­saman curry of tiger prawns with pick­led cu­cum­ber, squid, young co­conut and palm heart.

12.15pm - 1.15pm Watch celebrity chef Ben O’Donoghue, present and cook up a storm.

1.30pm - 2pm Exec chef/ owner of Sassi Cucina E Bar. Tony will be cook­ing his ul­ti­mate sig­na­ture dish - the Sassi trop­i­cal Zuppa di Pesce.

2.15pm - 2.30 Natascha Miroscha chats with Fiona Ge­orge from Bro­ken Nose Vanilla about the art of grow­ing vanilla

2.45pm - 3.15pm Exec chef/owner of Ochre Restau­rant, Cairns, Craig will be cook­ing Gulf bugs and prawn mous­se­line, while a rep­re­sen­ta­tive chats to Kerry Heaney about the goals of the re­gional food net­work Taste Par­adise

3.30pm - 3.45pm Hear Tony Woodall of Shan­non­vale Trop­i­cal Fruit Win­ery dis­cuss the process be­hind mak­ing his unique prod­uct with Ben O’DONOGHUE.

4pm - 5pm MKR con­tes­tant David Hop­good and 2012 win­ner Leigh Sex­ton re­turn to Port Dou­glas to cook up a Car­ni­vale storm
