10.15am - 10.45am Exec chef/co-owner of Harrisons and Bucci Port Douglas and Brisbane venues, Bucci and Pronto ucci. Spencer will recreate a Harrisons favourite, Blackened Miso Coral Trout.
11am - 11.15am Local charismatic butcher and owner of Malones Butchery, Todd will show how to butcher the hind quarter of a beast, while Ben O’Donoghue talks you through it.
11.30am - 12pm Exec chef/co-owner of Nu-Nu Restaurant, The Rising Sun & Numi Ice Cream & Pantry, all in Palm Cove. Nick will be cooking a Mussaman curry of tiger prawns with pickled cucumber, squid, young coconut and palm heart.
12.15pm - 1.15pm Watch celebrity chef Ben O’Donoghue, present and cook up a storm.
1.30pm - 2pm Exec chef/ owner of Sassi Cucina E Bar. Tony will be cooking his ultimate signature dish - the Sassi tropical Zuppa di Pesce.
2.15pm - 2.30 Natascha Miroscha chats with Fiona George from Broken Nose Vanilla about the art of growing vanilla
2.45pm - 3.15pm Exec chef/owner of Ochre Restaurant, Cairns, Craig will be cooking Gulf bugs and prawn mousseline, while a representative chats to Kerry Heaney about the goals of the regional food network Taste Paradise
3.30pm - 3.45pm Hear Tony Woodall of Shannonvale Tropical Fruit Winery discuss the process behind making his unique product with Ben O’DONOGHUE.
4pm - 5pm MKR contestant David Hopgood and 2012 winner Leigh Sexton return to Port Douglas to cook up a Carnivale storm
