New flat belly formula set to change locals’ lives

Port Douglas & Mossman Gazette - - SPORT -

FORTY people dedicated to making a positive change to their lives and bodies have taken on the 28 Day Flat Belly Formula.

With ages ranging from people in their 20s right up to a gentleman 71 years young, the group are nearly half way through the program and are seeing positive results for their bodies and general health.

Mr Inta-Fitness Neil Kelliher is keeping in close contact with his clients and said the results coming through are amazing.

‘‘We have a 71-year-old man in the gym daily, we have ladies in their 50s at the sports ground every day working out together,’’ he said.

‘‘A man in his 50s in the gym over two hours a day, a ton of girls in their 20s desperate for their teenage bodies back and of course a variety of the middle aged, whom are quietly progressing and amazed that this works – since they are the ones who have tried so many ‘diets’ and have not had good results.’’

The formula consists of a healthy and tasty eating plan along with an exercise regime that is easy to follow, and support from others in the program and of course from Mr Inta-Fitness.

‘‘There are 40 in the challenge in total and a ton of those are powering through. Some are in the gym every day reading the daily workout and getting the job done and loving their progress. This program makes it impossible to fail, it simply works – period.

‘‘The beauty of this is that success is the only motivation people need. Nothing motiv- ates like results.

‘‘When you get a great result you are more motivated to keep doing those things which brought you that success .... and so the great results continue.’’

The clients undertaking the formula are in the running for the grand prize of $1000 for the best end result.

This program can begin at any time, unlike many other weight loss challenges. Visit www.28DayFlatBellyFormula.com.au for more information.
