Five youths charged
THREE males aged between 12 and 20 have been charged with nine offences after allegedly breaking into the Mossman Primary School on February 19. It was alleged the five forced entry to the Front Street school around 9pm. Police are not aware if any property has been stolen. The group was charged with offences including entering premises with intent, trespass, public nuisance and breaching bail condition. Three boys aged 12, 14 and 16 were dealt with under the Youth Justice 1992, while a 17 and 20 year-old have both appeared in the Mossman Magistrate’s Court.
