Five youths charged

THREE males aged be­tween 12 and 20 have been charged with nine of­fences af­ter al­legedly break­ing into the Moss­man Pri­mary School on Fe­bru­ary 19. It was al­leged the five forced en­try to the Front Street school around 9pm. Po­lice are not aware if any property has been stolen. The group was charged with of­fences in­clud­ing en­ter­ing premises with in­tent, tres­pass, pub­lic nui­sance and breach­ing bail con­di­tion. Three boys aged 12, 14 and 16 were dealt with un­der the Youth Jus­tice 1992, while a 17 and 20 year-old have both ap­peared in the Moss­man Mag­is­trate’s Court.
