SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS

Port Douglas & Mossman Gazette - - OPINION -

I fully endorse the sentiments of Michael Bolt, Locky Benstead and Diana Pregi (Gazette 20/10/15) re the fiasco that is Billy Gordon. It is quite apparent that the requirements of representing the people of Cook are beyond Mr Gordon’s capabilities. His no-shows at events and his random comments on allegations speak volumes about the man’s lack of integrity.

It’s a sad state of affairs that the Premier is reticent to bring this issue to a resolution for the beleaguered people of Cook but hey it wouldn’t have anything thing to do with Labor maintaining Government – would it?

Cook constituents deserve better than this so please sign the petition on change.org. It is going to be monumental task to remove Mr Gordon so every signature counts.
