Arts grants ap­pli­ca­tion time ends on Nov 27

IN­DI­VID­U­ALS, or­gan­i­sa­tions and groups in the Dou­glas Shire wish­ing to ap­ply for up to $5000 for arts and cul­tural projects un­der Coun­cil’s Re­gional Arts Devel­op­ment Fund (RADF) have un­til 4.30pm on Fri­day, Novem­ber 27 to do so.

“Per­for­mances, ex­hi­bi­tions, fes­ti­vals, and skills devel­op­ment work­shops are just some of the ac­tiv­i­ties that could be con­sid­ered for RADF fund­ing,” Mayor Leu said.

“RADF is about pro­vid­ing op­por­tu­ni­ties for lo­cal com­mu­ni­ties to par­tic­i­pate in arts and cul­tural ac­tiv­i­ties as well as sup­port­ing lo­cal artists.”
